Privacy notice
Information about personal data in the Scabro RMA Portal.
Purpose
The portal processes account, contact, security, dossier and shipment data to review registrations, handle RMA requests, schedule receipt and return of products, and maintain security and audit records.
Data
This may include name, job title, company, business email address, mobile number, IP address, browser data, login and MFA events, Product ID, RMA content, messages, files and shipment information.
Access and sharing
Data is available only to authorised Scabro personnel and approved users of the linked customer organisation, according to role and organisation scope. Do not submit special-category personal data or information that is not required for the RMA.
Retention
Scabro retains data as needed for RMA handling, contractual and legal obligations, quality assurance, product safety and audit purposes. Technical tokens and temporary drafts expire sooner and are cleaned periodically.
