Portal terms of use

Authorised use

The account is personal. The user confirms authority to act for the approved organisation and must not share a password, MFA secret or recovery codes.

RMA and shipment

A submitted or approved RMA is not automatic shipment permission. A product may only be dispatched after Scabro assigns a receiving window and the portal shows the shipment as authorised.

Accuracy

The customer is responsible for complete and accurate dossier, transport, customs and contact information and for responding to information requests on time.

Security

Suspicious activity, loss of MFA or unauthorised access must be reported to Scabro immediately. Scabro may block accounts or revoke access in case of security risk or misuse.
